Total Body Clips / Shave Downs

By

While we do not have a dedicated groomer for breed specific cuts and trims, we do offer “Total Body Clips” or “Full Body Shave Downs” (sometimes called “Lion Cuts” in cats) for both cats and dogs. These shave-downs can help deal with extensive fur matting, skin infections from thick hair, and excessive shedding in the home.  Our groomer uses a size 10 blade to remove the majority of your pet’s coat, and will trim the feet and head with a smooth transition.

If your pet requires sedation for grooming, our veterinarians can provide that option to allow the groomer to work safely with your pet. Sedation for grooming requires a recent physical exam by a veterinarian to make the doctor aware of any health conditions your pet may have.
